My Background, Accomplishments, and Working Methods

I should stress that I am committed to pragmatic solutions to change challenges, and for transition processes I make it a point to use the power and core values of the people within the organization itself. In this way, I make what is good better, forge new connections among stakeholders, and further develop the potential of the organization. I draw on my experience in both the nonprofit and the for-profit sectors, as well as my experience with successful turnaround projects in the fields of marketing strategy and business development.

I work on the borders between business communication, talent recruitment, and organizational development and policy and connect these disciplines. Although I am the architect of the change process, I see myself as part of a team, working alongside other specialists to gain access to the latest and most useful marketing tools and HR programs and then integrate these into the transition design.

I also assist the organization in implementing the transition design to ensure that the intended and promised result is actually achieved. To that end, leveraging my extensive experience with transition processes and my in-depth familiarity with multiple disciplines, I work to facilitate communication among the members of the executive board, marketers, and HR strategists to maximize opportunities for successful organizational change.
