Emphasizing Human Values and a Positive Attitude

Starting from a foundation of human values and a positive attitude, together with the client I research ways to use the human capital of the organization more efficiently. I especially value the capital that is already there but that the client wants to maximize and extend. This way of working—from a pre-existent basis outward—is adventurous and groundbreaking. It gives rise to new insights that lead to new developments and business innovation.

Making Sure a Transition Plan Can Achieve Its Aims

Because of my versatility and experience I can provide excellent support for the CEO. I make sure that a plan for change can be carried out and business thereby improved. Most leaders know exactly where they are heading, have a clear vision of the future, and see what sort of change they need. I help leaders bring about this change by preparing the people in the organization to embrace the change they face—and by helping management cope with resistance to this change. However, I'm not just a consultant. Of course, I do offer tailored advice; but I'm also capable of working with the organization to translate my recommendations into a workable plan, execute that plan, and deliver the desired result. In doing so, I'm approachable, accessible, flexible, and fully committed to my assignment.

And that is the way to grow value over the longer term. Employees who enjoy their work more ensure that the growth in added value that comes from organizational change is not just a one-time increase but rather a sustainable improvement. We do this step by step, building the bridge to change while we are still crossing it. My resources are the talents, skills, and core values that people in the organization already possess. Using these resources, I leverage marketing strategies, change management techniques, and tools for talent and organizational development to create sustainable growth, enhancing the company's value for stakeholders and also for society in general.

Moving from Analysis, to Design with Interventions, to Results

After a careful analysis, I present a proposal for a suitable transition process for your organization. From there, I create a design and concept involving proposed interventions. These depend on group size, the duration of the process, learning preferences within the organization, the type of process required, and the space to bring about the change. The client receives a concept, design, and plan with roles, time frame, and budget. We also try to formulate in advance the intended result. That is not to say that we always stick to the initial plan. Rather, along the way we might feel we should adjust the proposed plan for change—as well as the desired result.

Building the Bridge
Because of my varied background and experience, I speak the language of the executive board, whose main goal is to create shareholder value and maximize profit, but also the language of the staff members who want to earn a good living in a positive working environment. My goal is to satisfy both of those audiences and to use the transition process as an opportunity to build, along with the client, the bridge between the various stakeholders.
